Deberían incluir una opción de bloqueo para, efectivamente, bloquear restaurantes en los que los clientes han tenido mala experiencia, ya que cuándo se hace un reclamo por equis razón, algunos o contestan super mal o simplemente no contestan. The app should have a "block" option for those restaurants which customers have had a bad experience... Some of them (restaurants) won't reply back, or if they do, they answer reluctantly when there is an issue with the orders...

Okay app with a nice variety of restaurants and some good cupons but cancelling incorrect orders is a complete joke - takes 10 minutes to process the cancellation then declines it because the food is already being prepared. So frustrating.

It is a waste of time, becarefull where you put your credit /debit card, the will charge you fast, but if they even agree to give you a refund, you will have to wait 30 or 40 days, and guess what at the end they WILL NOT give YOUR money back, PD I gave you one star because it down not let you save it whiout it!

Terrible experience. Got an order cancelled, app said refund would be in 7 days. Then in 30 days. Then through the help chat agent said check with bank, when I asked for transaction evidence, she said to wait more. 2 calls and 2 mails after, they tell me to wait 24 to 48 hours and I will receive a "code" to call the bank and get my refund. It has been 10 days and nothing. I was a frequent client and this is how my loyalty is repaid. I am deeply disappointed.

DO NOT INSTALL ANY DIDI APP. I ordered some food, payment goes through, restaurant cancels for lack of delivery boys. It's been more than 3 months and they still haven't refunded me anything. They don't answer my emails anymore. Everytime I call they say it's someone else's fault. They blamed my bank for the refund not being completed. I asked Didi for proof that they actually submitted my refund so I can show it to my bank, they told me they can't share that kind of info. Didi is joke.

Watch out if you connect your non local credit card to the app. To verify, they deduct a "random" amount of up to 300 mx pesos (15$) from your card, and you need to enter the amount. However good luck with convertion calculation if your account is not in pesos! Seems like they can just steal money from you

Do not pay with debit or credit card they charge up front and will cancel the order if they please for no reason and will retain the amount up to 30 days. If you order from this app I highly advise you pay in cash. Or use Uber eats If you are using plastic they will refund you on the spot.

Don't bother using. The courier cannot find my building: 2 out of deliveries were late. The map on the app is problematic, that is the only reasonable explantion.

The app works mostly fine but the delivery is always late, no matter how far or close the restaurant is nor the amount of couriers, it always takes more time than the precalculates and the delay it's always at the part of the delivery
