A very respectable application thatseeks to satisfy its customers regardless of profit. In addition to the speed of response, discounts and offers, which increase significantly if you are a Prime customer. Cheap plane flights, hotels and luxury cars at very reasonable prices. This application returned my money to me immediately, even though I had unintentionally subscribed to the service, and the subscription was deducted. I had a terrible experience with eDreams. Their app's cancellation feature didn't work, and their support line was unhelpful and pushy, wasting 13 minutes of my time. I won't be using their services again due to their poor customer service.

So I'm currently stuck in the Australian outback due to flooding and needed to reschedule my flight to a different day. Rescheduling costs 350nzd according to the app which I do 2 days in advance no worries. I wake up on the day of the flight to a email saying the transaction failed. Can I edit my payment details on this app to check its right no I can't. Try rescheduling it again the price goes up to 600 nzd and then they tell me to reply to a no-reply email address which bounces. Rate 0 stars

bought plane tickets through them, had to make free one month subscription if I don't want to pay 100 euro more, and when I called them to cancel my subscription they said ok, but they did not do it. At the end of the month they took 70 euro from my account. Just avoid .

This app is a scam. I was trying the App for one month free trial. But they deducted the money for membership one day before the trial ends. When i asked for refund, they were not willing to do the refund saying that i have already used their prime membership benefits during the free trial.. It doesnt make any sense.. Why do they give free trial if its not to be used. And apparently if you use the benefits during free trial you are suppose to pay. Bought ticket for 460 i got charged 710.

Extremely bad app and site. Do not use!!!! Booked my flight and hotel a month ago through this just to get an email today that I was billed 64.99€ for being a prime member. Lke who the hell suscribed. Apparently the app subscribes you automatically and there is no way to claim your money back.

Booked a flight from Guangzhou to Sydney via edreams on Scoot Airlines. Scoot cancelled the flight which cost $984.24. After months, Edreams gave me a refund of $479.03. I'm out of pocket over $500 for no reason. Customer service are useless and they pretend the chat has dropped out to avoid dealing with the problem. What a SCAM. Would never never use or recommend to anyone. The irony is that in response to this, they will probably ask me to contact their useless customer service.

It is impossible to cancel my free trial subscription. I have 22 days left till deleting it and there is no option to delete it on the phone or on desktop. I even contacted them on the phone and they didn't cancel it. This is outrageous. Unbelievable SCAM!!!

Before it was a great app offering you good deals but now the flights in this app are more expensive than buying directly on the airline app for example Ryanair, for the same flight at the same time edreams tickets are further more expensive than Ryanair I compared many times and I got the prime membership. Waste of my money, they took £69.99 from my account and I haven't being use it because it's cheaper to buy in Ryanair app. Very disappointed.
