Cannot make a collage also cannot edit as per our requirement. Cannot see images downloaded from whatsapp. All the photos from my previous phone has been mixed up in One plus. Its so difficult to search the required image especially because its related to my business. Cannot remove recycle image option. If I want to delete any image it still stores in recycle bin. Everytime you have to delete same image/video twice. Samsung Gallery is much much better. One plus you need to update.

Does not delete photos when you tell it to,, even with files and folders access permission enabled. Annoying when your going through bulk photos to edit, and you have to then go and find them in a different file manager... Otherwise, this app used to be great for the necessities as it pertains to exploring your image files. I'm sure it's a bug that needs to be fixed; but, come on I'm using this app because it's the default on my OnePlus 9 Pro! Updates should be tested before production.

I like my OnePlus Gallery app it has many features that someone may need to arrange its photos. I would like to put a small remark though, the crop frame is very thick and it is very difficult to have a precise crop. If it's possible to fix that it would be great. And also if it's possible to add a filter where you can add the date of the photo that takes automatically from its date details. This way if someone needs a photo where the date has to be seen he can add it whenever he wants.

I like to categorise my photos. Previously, I can select photos in "all photos and videos" collection and move them to any other collections I created. But now, that feature is removed. I understand that it is an awkward function but quite useful and convenient to me. So pls consider putting it back. Moreover, It would be better if the new collection pops up in gallery as soon as I create a folder in the file manager. Now, I have to move one photo into that folder to make it appear in gallery.

Really does not work, pretty much ever. Sickening that a 1000 euro smartphone doesn't even come with a proper photo gallery. Lags in all the menus, but especially in the "Things"-section, which freezes the entire phone pretty much every time I try to open it. Forcing users to download 3rd party apps because a basic photo gallery doesn't even work makes me reconsider even buying a OnePlus phone ever again.

Could use some tweaks. •The option to rename folders and organize them in any order. This would help users be able to create the gallery they want without the inconvenience of having to create new folders and transfer files to it from an old one with the sole purpose of changing the name of a folder. •The ability to open up your Collections tab on startup, to avoid having to swipe to it from the Photos tab every time one is to open the app. •Show ALL photos in the "Photos" tab (latest to oldest)

Need improvement and new features- 1. Option to Make albums invisible. 2. Hidden collection, invisible albums and recently deleted options should not be shown below. They should be in top right corner in the 'option menu'. 3. Playing videos should support brightness, sound, play forward backward, 10 second forward backward control by finger swiping or guesture method. All are very basic features must be bring to this app also.

Videos don't play correctly, can't play certain formats, doesn't play from the start on certain short clips( after the Android 10 update), each update just makes this gallery harder to use and just looks like the most basic awful gallery in any Android phone I've ever seen. I'm gonna uninstall all the updates because it's just been going downhill. The earlier versions looked better, managed my folders better and actually had a decent media player.

Using the Share button (three connected dots) to sent images to pCloud (cloud storage service), fails. Please check into this issue. I can only send the images using other gallery apps or file explorer app, but can't send from OnePlus App. Also app won't zoom in or out the thumbnails (increase/decrease count of columns). Other than that, app is amazing. One star only to draw attention to the issue. A bug report feature should be added, to make it easier. Device: OP 5T running Android Oreo (Rom Updated in December 2018)
