When I m trying to access the application on my phone whenever I try to open the app it shows a message that a hooking application is detected(com.topjohnwu.magisk) my phone is new I bought it 6 months ago but it is showing this message again and again. I m using other applications of banks they work smoothly even the old mpay is working properly.I M very confused.

UI seems pretty good and user friendly. Keep adding the features for seamless experience. Beneficiaries already added via e-Banking are not reflecting the the beneficiaries list.

New version of this Mpay Delite+ is good but it is working very slow compared to the previous Mpay Delite And when we logged in this app the account balance details that appear on the screen are also shown in half digits and After that we have to click on it again to see the balance which is very irritating and to deposit the electricity bill for JKPPD, the option is not the same as it was in the previous version, please provide the same option in it for paying Electricity bill in easy way.

Not able to do any fund transfer other trxns. Always shows No account found. Even it doesn't show debit card and when you select debit card , it again shows no account linked. Even cnt able to add JK Bank as an account in other UPI apps.

It would have been better to make a unique login for all kind of users not to have just sim verification process only. People living abroad can only access vis Internet banking and the same should be merged with the app too. Require login to the app by using Internet Banking credentials will also be a great step to make it better reach for all customers.

Much better than old one but need lots of improvement irrelevant security questions and after correct answers showing wrong answers and than rsa service stopped contact bank this problem should be resolved now

I'm Using Mpay delight Plus from Last two months, it's working good. There's not any kind of threat as for as I noticed. I've allowed all the Permissions .

Smooth interface is the only + from the previous app. App seems to be developed by a wanna be techie. Paste option is altogether disbaled even while pasting an account no. 9f 16 digits. Besides that 'under maintainence' is trademark of JKBank
