There is a bounce for signing up with a deadline, once you register you will keep receiving emails from Rain asking for more documents such as confirm your name and another email asking me to confirm my email! And so on to delay your registration. I'm very disappointed I'm trying to verify my account but they keep sending me emails demanding more documents!!

These people suddenly block some coins without notification and ask us to send the deposited money to any other external wallet. What we will do if we don't have external wallet. If we need to open we have to go through all the pain of wallet opening.... Really suckkkkssss

Live charts show diff prices than when you want to buy and sell... This is not acceptable. Edit: Thx for the explanation and by the way once i deposit money you dont see the live chart anymore. Happened on app and web.

Im only editing my review once my issue is solved, My withdrawal hasn't cleared yet since the 20th of September, I did get a compensation of $10 in BTC for my inconvenience though, but still, 16 days for an amount I needed since last month is extreme. I wont share further details publicly as the support team is responsive and seems lioe they are trying to help, only no cut throat solutions otherwise it wouldn't take a transaction 16 days and counting in 2020

Great platform, easy and quick registration and approval, and instant trading. I would suggest to have the currency view change in the accounts instead of in the setting inside the profile, and also to see the total deposits and current value of the deposits in the accounts tab as well.

Rain is great. Only two issues. Fees are too high. The new update is glitchy. Btc and other coins keep on disappearing and reappearing from time to time. Please lower the fees.

The rates are not accurate. I will correct my rating once you solve this issue. At any given point , when you choose to trade the rates you buy are at high so you are already at loss. For instance the current rate of Bitcoin showing 14000 but when u trade it , u r trading 14500. And when you are selling its the other way around. Beware.

Dear team. I am in KSA, an expact. I have been trying to login and attach my identity documents on Rain app. The documents always gets rejected and i have been asked to submit physical card picture. But now in KSA the residential permits for expact gets updated at back end and we get updates in soft copy and we don't get any physical cards no more. Your system on Rain app does not accept any softcopy and i have physical card with old expiry. If the ksa govt doesn't issue new physica

This is a much needed and highly appreciated app. It works well and the RAIN team's customer service has been spot on. They are always fast to respond in the inbuilt chat. The main flaw is waiting days to make transactions. The FIAT gateway is holding it back from a 5 star rating. Perhaps more coins will be added in future, but it's early days.
