First time using this APP but flight keeps getting cancelled and ruin our plans. We have altered for 1 time but it gets cancelled again. Called customer service but wasn't helpful and issue not resolved. Bad experience in using this APP. NOT RECOMMEND!!

I need advise. I booked yesterday but I don't have a gcash. I was directed to the apps but can't get thru, until I got a message my booking was cancelled due to long wait. There where option payments, but I don't have any of those, is there a possibility I could book cheap rates using gcash but paying through 7/11. I'm already señor citizen, not techky. Looking forward for your reply and assistance you could extend. Thank you very much!

First time booking with this App, the platform have gave me so much trouble by changing my flight details and without my acknowledgement. When contacted Customer Service they mistaken as another issue and leave the problem hanging without proper solutions. Wasn't a good experience using the app for booking.

Tried to book a plane ticket a few times but failed because my card was declined. The tech support didn't help. The line was busy. Then I tried again but there was a message saying that all tickets for the flight were already sold. In an instant I saw just the same offer but the price was 30-40 percent higher!!! What a scam!

I travel quite a lot . For the first time I have remembered whom I used. This app behaved fine. I had to go to airlines site to check in but it worked fine with details provided. Saved app details for future travels about Asia etc. I am to be honest most impressed. It does what it says on the tin and is reliable. I'll upgrade to 5 stars if this continues over the next few weeks.

More bugs than a forest floor... Took payment 3 times from my account and then failed to issue the ticket on the third attempt - Support were helpful but frankly I wouldn't bother

Great APP, terrible Agent to work with. Definitely choose a different company if you plan on traveling. Trip prices are around 10-20% higher than other market rates, even for their Dimond members. You agree to pay because they lead you to believe that you get good service. However, when push comes to shove they never help, and simply let you deal with the co sequences. They will apologize and escalate a million times, but the result is always "its your problem". I am very disappointed.

I need a setting to place the amount of time for trip. Such as I am willing to fly and transfers or layovers 8 hrs but not 15.... Or above 24... Like a slider filter ... Also can we trust the parties you transfer us to. Online there is discussion on who is legit or not...
