My driver kept moving further and further away from me, yet responded like they were coming to pick me up, but in the end they just kept moving further away so I had to cancel. Is there some loop hole that financially benefits the driver if I cancel, even though they're clearly moving further away? In the end, I was forced to use another app to get home as it kept happening.

I never had a Very bad experience alike that before after I made the booking with driver with rate the app show to me and once i arrived to the locations the rate has change and they really do stolen people money and ripped them off am not really happy with this company. Anymore and I won't use this app any more

there are a lot of issues related to user experience need to fix to have a better experience, such as the user need to choose the rout that he sees fit when he want to go to his destination, I can't find a place where I can put two srops for my trip, and the app gives the longest rout to reach the destination

first time using didi after issues with uber, was daughter's birthday instead of being ignoring like last few uber drivers I'm glad to say didi driver was quick, friendly, and clean car.

Drivers constantly cancel on you with no repercussions. Today was one of many occasions where this happened. Drivers will drive around with your fare and waste your time untill they get a longer fare and cancel on you. If you notice them doing this and try to cancel you will be forced to pay a fee so you are left with no option but to wait for them to cancel your fare. Today I was forced to wait 15 minutes for the driver to cancel while I watched him drive past my pick up point multiple times

Not one to complain enless warranted, i fly to work for a living and need to get to the airport. More times often than not i have had drivers accept a share, i wait and watch for 10 mins as they head in the direction of my house only to veer off somewhere else and cancel 5 mins later. Once is one thing this has happened now multiple times im 20 mins from the airport its not as tho its around the corner. Deleted app

I wouldn't use them for food. They messed up delivery multiple times, and food arrives cold. I had to wait two hours for food because didi kept changing the times. When I tried to cancel they told me the restaurant would not let me. I called the restaurant who explained its an issue with didi, they say they have a driver in the area, when in fact they don't, then put blame on the restaurant. Didi is shocking and I would not recommend using.

Don't waste your time if your in Japan... I used DiDi in Australia a few months ago but when I went to use it in Japan it's impossible to search if you can't read the Japanese Characters try to look at set and it asked for my phone number for verification so many times in a loop it had to put me in a cool down hold. It's not at all ready for use in Japan for English speaking travelers. I am sitting hear trying to I get a ride and I have to use another option... Zero chance I will try it again.

I actually really find DiDi a great rideshare provider. But I have a new phone and phone number and cannot access my account. I tried DiDi email addresses for my country (NZ), only to get a reply that those emails are no longer monitored and I need to use the help service in the app. But I can't get into the app! I can't get any help so Uber is getting my business.
