The app used to be good before the ridiculous amount of ads. There isn't much reason not to just use Google maps now. Keep that competition in mind before getting so greedy.

Its an evil bus schudule app , developed by the devil himself . Its all an illusion , human technology not advanced enough to tell when the bus will be here ! Its main purpose is to maxmize profit from innocent choiceless commuters from commercials . There is one every 5-10 seconds . It perfectly detects the most inconvenient time for the most irrelevant commercial to you , to maxmaize attention , but only cause uncontrollable rage towards the app , buses , internet , humans and life . Once upon a time in 2017, I rated it 5 stars and was the app that i used the most! Now it is confusing, full of mistakes.. has a ton of ads thpugh premium features are not free, and do not show schedules any more! And wants position previlages all the time! Something went bananas!

Ads are everywhere, all the time. Full screen ads that you need to wait for the "x" to appear, and the location of the button changes depending on the ad too. Checking basic navigation information, especially when in a rush is just horrendous. Also need to manually opt out from data collection. Terrible execution of ad supported app.

- The amount and timing of ads became unbearable. - more often than wanted the app is getting stuck and I need to force-stopping and reopening the app for it to work - access to customer support is uncomfortable and hard to find

The live location rarely works to help show where the bus location is other then that it's way better then Google Maps that App and service sucks doesn't help much fix the live location on the 35 that's why I pay too use the App!

I was subscribed to the plus app with no ads. I changed phones and it cancelled my subscription. I can't resubscribe it won't let me. Can you fix this issue. I had a stroke and the ads confuse me. Your response makes no sense, don't you read replies?

Would give this app ZERO stars. Currently stranded in the downtown of my city AGAIN waiting over forty minutes for the bus I was originally on. This app has made navigating public transit so much harder since the last update and I've been late to work (AS I WILL BE THIS MORNING) MULTIPLE TIMES. Do NOT download it. The ADS ARE EGREGIOUS and you will never be on time. A completely unacceptable public transit app. Edit: FINALLY getting to work two+ hours and FOUR TRANSFERS LATER.
