    I'm unable to book facility. After you select dates and click on online payment it doesn't even go into the payments page but simply says there are no dues. Happening in OnePlus 6 running Android 11. Update 9th August 2022: I was able to book the facility after couple of days. I had sent details over to the developers and then they seem to have fixed the issue.

    App is not working with Galaxy S21 plus suddenly. I uninstalled and reinstalled it from play store and it didnt work. Then i reinstalled it with galaxynstore and it worked. But then it asked for installing an update and after updating having same problem of not even opening. In the morning I was getting message that there is some bug bug not getting now Edit: fix worked after downloading from the link provided in the comment

    Most annoying app ever ...displays over games and other apps...so annoying. There is no way to change ringtone too. .... Thankyou for your most illogical advice ..but your worst app displays notification even if i turn it off from the settings...i had to force stop and turn background data off to stop that annoying notification.

    Vey buggy systems. No support, even at a society level. Pathetic experience. Don't ever go with adda. There are significantly better players available for the same. The entire facility management system is super bad and full of bugs and on top of that very slow support. Ispite of them saying that drop us an email, there has been no response to my email since last 3 days. And this is for a paid facility. I repeat don't even go with Adda.. they have non existent support.

    I have never created account on this app earlier. I tried creating my account today but while registering it say that my email is already registered with them. I do not know how. I tried to login with forget password option. In this case it state that a temporary password is sent to my email. I checked my email to find that no password was received. It looks like there is something very wrong with this app.

    Good. Few things to improve 1. Reopening of tickets not supported. 2. Some of the displays on home screen is broken and not clean. Please see an example of screenshot attached, where display is not clear. There are several such screens and I cant be taking so many screenshots and attaching. Actually I cannot share screenshot here in comments. Let me know email I'd to mail the same.

    One of the worst apps. There is no way to control the notifications you want to receive. Either you accept junk notifications or miss out on all notifications including the visitor approval notifications. The notification categories are poorly defined and confusing. On top of it, if you raise a ticket, the customer service closes the ticket without any resolution

    The new app is not good. In facilities if I am booking badminton service, in previous app it used to show all the booked slots on particular day but now you have to keep on selecting different time to find any free slot which is very time confusing and difficult process. Like trail n run process.. please change it to old app feature. Second, icons are better than words. Earlier we used to get a icon or symbol in notification of any visitor which was easy for reading exoerience. Like amazonicon

    There must an option of UPI payment and user can pay all the bills in single go.... currently if two bills are there user have to make two transactions....one for each bill which is ridiculous. Also, why you are charging for each transaction? I have tried to select multiple payments but it's not showing me option to select multiple payments due to I have to make multiple transactions and have to pay multiple transactions fees.
