It's very inconvenient the app hasn't an option for English, coming from the biggest telecommunications company in Greece it's a shame. Wind has English, even though it's a smaller company and the app has few downloads. I recommend foreigners to try wind company.

The worst app in the world. Every time I use the app I have to reinstall because it doesn't work. One time it will say something went wrong, other time it stuck in the main screen FIX THE APP!!!!

16 November. I have tried all day (about 10 times) to recharge my account with money with NO SUCCESS. I can't pay with MasterCard and I can't pay with PayPal. All day I cannot make any call because of that. Total failure!

The gifts given are awesome but most of the times it lags and developers really need to work on the big issues more. Overall: great service but the app itself needs some changes.

Error after error with this app. I've been trying to use reload it for some days now , I have been to a cosmote retailer and they have failed to solve my request, Ive been calling support and still no solution. There is no way around this ,please fix this app.

I was trying to activate a new combo from a message that whatsup had sent but it was not possible. So I thought to update the application. Now the application doesn't even open. Very disappointed

Unlimited Internet with 1MB limit or simply i will change to another company that have better internet deals. Because everything you guys are offering right now is simply outdated. Who even use SMS in 2021... What's up team simply have no idea what their customers want nowadays. The new interface sucks. The application is getting scaled with the DPI of your device, everything looks like potato. Reverse back to the old interface. You mongos.

I tried to top up using the app and all it says is "There is a problem try again later". Going back to the old fashion way of topping up at a periptero! Also the app is very slow.
