One of the biggest ongoing fraud of swiggy where they have marked my order as delivered even though I have no clue about my order. I called the delivery partner and put the swiggy tele caller on the same call where swiggy delivery person has accepted that he has not delivered that item to me but still after reaching all their connect point I am not getting any support Swiggy is of the fraud company. Even I have written multiple email but this guys are not able to resolve my issue

I lost my money on my first order without even getting any food. This is a scam man avoid using it guys. I have a bad experience on my first order and all agents are like you'll get your money back in two hours but after one day to get said according to swiggy conditions and what do ever , you are cost all the money as a cancellation fee

This is the worst food delivery app as their customers support fully lies to you and doesn't resolve your. The order was late and the customer support guy told me accept the order and he told me he'll resolve this issue but he didn't and told me he can't do anything about this. Never order from use other like Zomato. Their customer support is excellent as they treat their customer as their guest and properly resolve your problem

Horrible! Today after using the app for more than 5 years suddenly the app has stopped working. I updated it to the latest version but the glitch is still present. Lately a new problem has arised where the orders delivered from more than 15kms are getting screwed up. That isn't the application's fault. But the glitch is. The glitch is present for any and every restaurant. The discounts which previously were offered are no more. Some special dishes of many restaurants were not for delivery.

Pathetic support experience. I was delivered a birthday cake which was out of it base and damaged from everywhere. I am trying to raise a ticket with team to assist me with my query. The bot auto closes the ticket as resolved. It's blewing my mind, as there is no way to talk to an agent and explain about the problem. Either swiggy gives a damn to its customers or the chat bot don't understand what we looking for

What kind of technical team is working at Swiggy?They have developed one of the stupid apps I've ever come accross.An email id and a phone number once used,cannot be reused again?!At least for the next 6 months?!Is this even real?!Means,if these are mistakenly updated to the wrong one,you can't revert back to the correct ones again?!Is this even real?I've seen from my past experience,Swiggy doesn't care about users' convenience.They don't care to look at your concern-a fraudulent business model.
