This app has a lot of potential, but lacks the following features which makes it sometimes unusable: - Translation services: please make this your priority to either localize the app text, or integrate with Google Translate or DeepL to translate notes, messages etc. which would be even better - Effective search by hospitals and clinics using what is on the "Überweisungsschein". It is bad to find a clinic, upload the documents, only to get there and get told that they don't support the exams.

Very usefull app to manage appointments for specialistic visit or to book a free antigen test for Corona. You can choose between many possible appointment and get a reminder few days before. If a place by the doctor becomes free in advance, you get a notification. That' really a good, easy and usefull app. Get it!

All in all a great app! Only problem I encounter is that I have to log in every single time I want to use the app and that's really annoying. Additionally an option to switch to English would be great. It can be so hard for non-German speakers to make appointments and this app would be the perfect solution.

Why is it in French? My phone is in english, my store algo, I'm in Germany. I would understand if it was in German, but for now it's better to use the web version than this app that shows all the content in French for no reason and there isn't a way of changing it manually. It's highly impacting my experience with the app. I appreciate the product itself.

These days NO one contest the 1-st place for the English language as a world best communication tool! And yet, still this app defy gravity by excluding the biggest population in Germany, France, and Italy that speaks English! So many people, that work and live in those countries, paying their taxes, and medical insurance, and yet don't know or even better, prefer to communicate in English no matter what are striped of their rights to an access to a health platform.

When Doctolib will have support of English language? Four years using this ugly app and nothing. At least they should have enabled the selection text for translation option, but nothing. The worst app ever. Meanwhile one star. Good thing we have more options, for example the TK doctor directory, German public service, more usable with English support.

The app in general is really good, but needs the option to switch to English regardless of the country you live in. Also, many doctors have set in the app that they speak English but in reality they don't (or they don't want), I would make this point more important in the doctor's registration, making them know that if they choose English they will have English speaking patients and should give the same good service as in German.

The app is helpful in many ways and I use it regularly. That's why I'd like to stay logged in. It's so annoying to have to repeat the login process every single time I open the app. Sometimes when I'm on the goI just need a quick reminder and don't want to type some passwords while I'm walking or driving.

I don't know why this app is only in few European languages. Why there is no option of English. On top of that you can not select the written content, or take a screenshot to translate. The experience for a non native speaker is horrible. The only reason a person has to use this app is that it is widely popular and most of the doctors prefer this.
