Worst experience . 4 times amount debited but recharge not done. Worst network. Rethinking about the decision to shift to airtel. Worst experience absolutely update today ( 03-12-2023). No one is responding and now airtel has issued a sim card in my name used by another person and no one even picks customer care. But when they have to make an outbound call to customer they would make any number of calls.

The unlimited 5G is a big time *Scam* !!!! Even services like Apollo247 are fake.Low network availability & high prices just for the sake of Ott apps which certainly runs on "good network" Back in days it was good but for now completely doomed!!! High speed data really sounds an Irony nowadays Better go for other sim networks rather than wasting time on this one

The worst ever after service..I mean just to change your pack you gotta have an app and there was no help on the app either..Tata sky was so simple.call the customer support and they would change/add/remove channels in a matter of minutes..my old parents don't know much about and they were fooled into changing it to airtel..worst decision.

Airtel Broadband's service was a nightmare - slow response, unresolved issues in 4-5 days, disrupting my routine. Customer support lacked empathy, offering no timely solutions and poor communication. The service's reliability was abysmal, frequent disruptions making it unusable. Strongly advise avoiding Broadband; better alternatives exist. It's now good for nothing , useless app and airtel customer care... never recommend it to any one....going to switch back to jio I updated this app but after that it quite hanged or lagged due to software issues or what so I just uninstalled it and then again installed it but now problem even worsened as now I am unable to login into my account as it is just hanged in OTP sending step and not proceeding further. It's now so pathetic and frustrating, can't get what to do

I frequently get sms that I have been credited 1gb data free. But I cannot claim it, I called customer service for assistance and press this press that ordeal began. Press 1 for prepaid could not be pressed as the selection itself seems disabled. Finally "you have exceeded max tries". What is this? KBC? When the caller is unsure the call has to be diverted to a human being, that's international norm, but not with airtel. Pathetic. Seems they are trying to avoid interacting with customers.

Worst app. Worst service. No support. If you face any problem, no one will try to solve it from the company. They will just send automated messages. That's it. I have been facing a problem since 2 months which isn't solved yet. Slow internet issues are also there most of the times.

I don't know what to say about this app now because I can't even check my pack expiry date and on top of that if I want to scroll down an little the page will automatically take me to the end of the page and vice versa. The app has been updated but still I face the same issue.

Pathetic app. My airtel xtream is not working from last 7 days. No 9ne 8s bothered after so many complain. Switching to Reliance. I have lost Faith in Airtel. This is not done Airtel. Again I am having issues regarding broadband. You guys are not responding at all. Finally I am switching to jio. Worst service worst app.
