dedicated ride hailing app so quite simple and straightforward to use without all the white noise you find in other apps. rides tend to be slightly less expensive generally. good customer support. sometimes takes longer to book than other apps, but is a more than acceptable alternative. app now easily stores credit card details though I am unable to add a debit card despite multiple attempts.

GPS of this app is completely horrible! I put one destination and driver got me to completely different one, like in the middle of nowhere! In order address was right, BUT when I opened details of the ride address of destination was complete different!!!!!!and driver drove away because he has already different order. Bolt is terrible this morning I tried to request a bolt and the drivers kept on showing up to the wrong location and when I tried to call them I got attitude from the drivers when they're just around the corner and to top it all off bolt said they would charge me a percentage for cancelation fees only to take the full amount. I tried to go through support but it displays that you can't get through to their website so I can't get a refund. This is the worst service I've experienced ever!!

I experienced a problem on Monday I left something valuable in the Uber and when I tried calling the driver he did not pick up and then I eventually complained but until today it is not resolved yet and Uber also states that they also can't get a hold of the driver. So meaning I should just accept that they are incompetent and cannot help me with my case. So I will never ever use their app again.

Awful experience, a driver cancelled my trip and when i booked again they charged me a second time. It's not right to charge people multiple times, in special if the driver cancel it, also it's not fair to have to wait 2 weeks until you get your money back.

100% useless for Paris CDG. The pickup points cannot be changed from a few predefined places and drivers see I don't know what and cancel one after the other. Incredibly frustrating.

Beware the tempting, extremely low price you see on the opening page. That price is a fantasy and the real one will be very little less than what the similar competitors charge. Also, I had to cancel and redo a confirmed scheduled ride and have not seen any notice of the refund; setting up rides is lightning quick. Good think they could be equally quick refunding the money for a cancelled ride.

Hey Bolt team, I don't understand how you could have skipped on this feature, it's so easy to implement. You let users choose the reason for cancelling the ride as 'Long pick up time', and 4 times in the row you let the same driver to accept the order, and refunding 4 times, why can't this one be removed from the search list? Sure it might be you playing with promo code or new driver. But can you understand that if people want to go in 5 minutes, they cannot wait for 18 and they will not??
