I installed (yesterday) and used the app for the first time, and the first thing I read is "Add your card and you will have $900 CLP off your first ride." (something like that). I used it, but you charged me the full ride... I asked for the help chat, but they said that "the promo is gone" but I wasn't able to know that! Came from other apps, but being scammed on the face (the first time I use the app) makes it hard to me to believe you won't scam me again.

No one use this app. They take 500 deposit, and then ask you to pay your ride. After paying they don't refund, even after paying 324 over the 500 my ride was 176 in ruble, they still ask me to pay my ride, they took 4 time the ride payment and still ask to pay my ride, it is the worst they play with you bank card. No one should use or trust this app they are the worst. Never had such bad experience with app who just take money. Guys be aware do not use their scooter it is not worth.

Very good service! The only feature is missing - filter by charge level. It's very annoying to click scooters one by one on the map looking for the charged one.

Optional.get() can't be called on absent value I've re-installed the app several times and it has all the requested permissions, and it just can't define my location (though all the other apps can do it!) and keeps showing the same error. Please fix the problem! I can't use the app with it

Absolutely useless. I couldn't sign up as they didn't send the code despite me requesting it several times Update - they replied on here in a language I don't understand or recognise. You can't copy and paste the reply to Google translate so trying to make any sense of their reply is extremely difficult. Sorry but still spectacularly unimpressed

Horrible service, unfinished application, curved scooters. The application cannot show you on the map, scooters disappear from the map, when you reach them - the server does not update the data. The reservation lasts 10 minutes, and then the ride starts automatically, even if you have not reached the scooter, instead of just removing the reservation. They will not warn you about that in advance, and you pay for bad UX. They respond to claims - go write us recommendations in the mail and pay

Overall great service but I really miss booking functionality. Will be great have possibility to book a scooter up to 10 min to be sure it will wait for me while I am getting to it. Map refresh rate can be also improved while app is active. Upd: after reading reviews I've found booking button, wasn't obvious for me.

So, the scooters themselves are good. They work well & it's painless to rent them. My problem is that they do not immediately give you back the money they put on old. I rented a few bikes after paying for a one week pass. After 4 days the 60 dollars they put on hold has still not been returned. A competing company, Ürent, gave the money they put on hold immediately and my bank processed it immediately too. Also, the app is very slow to load. I paid extra minutes just waiting to finish my ride.

I'm installed app, registered. And after got only screen with "locating scooter nearby". And nothing changes. Restart app isn't helps. I've allowed location permissions. I've got turned on GPS and WiFi. Other apps getting fast my location.
