This app works, but it works in all of the wrong ways. An app that blocks a phones data usage shouldn't block it's Wifi usage so it's forced to use its data. The first day of having this app I couldn't go onto social media without it saying no internet connection or cannot refresh feed. I also am not able to go onto my messaging app and send messages. Parents, if you want your children to be pissed off at you for the rest of your lives, then buy this app.

It's good overall, but it's extremely buggy. This is coming from the blocked side Parents should download this app if they wanna punish their children, but keep in mind it's very buggy. It doesn't unlock when the parent unlocks it, and it automatically blocks alot of apps without the parent doing so. really Verizon? Fix your dang app. Make it work. Is it that hard?

I’ve never used this app yet it’s yet another app that has been linked to my Motorola and used maliciously to access and control my activity. After android 12 update apps like these were mysteriously linked to my device and even linked me to my sons account. It was used to access my account and could track me. I need for these apps to be removed from my account or for someone to help. I switched to Apple because I couldn’t stop it. My Verizon cloud I can’t access because it’s used as a gateway

A few tips- Disable "allow display over apps" and use screen pinning to open blocked apps. Download another VPN app like Betternet and simply open the app to disable the Verizon VPN. If on Android 10, you can set it to only track location when you open the app- and you can also use screen time to disable the app. Hope this helps!

The two following glitches ruin the app's purpose: 1) When a phone is shut down it tells the parent control phone that it has been disabled. 2) The app doesn't actually block anything it simply closes apps when it recognizes you're not supposed to be on them. So, if you're quick, you can disable this app in the accessibility settings, and unless you have honest children you have no way of knowing what actually happened(I figured this out within hours of my parents making me install it).

Found out recently that this app is blowing up my limited data usage without even being opened. Nice job, Verizon. Edit: I honestly can't stand this app. Now it's a permanent icon on my notifications bar, saying that it's updating data. I wouldn't care if this app didn't start kicking me to the home screen once I turn my phone on, even if an app was active while I turned it off. Fix these issues and kids wouldn't have so much of a problem with this parasite on their phone.
