Hi, I just got my CANDY CBWO 49T delivered today. Very quiet spin. Nice. However, the app is a bit difficult to connect. I had to do several attempts. Even had to change my SSID because I had an "invalid character" (&). As another reviewer stated, at the end of a program, the washing machine blocks with the screen cycling all lights. Doesn't unlock the door. I tried this with the quick check option (or whatever that 3 minute test cycle is called). The app needs improvements to be usefull. Thx!

You can't choose a spin only cycle on the machine itself without using the app. To be able to choose the spin cycle, You need to take a photo of your washing pile 'snap and spin'... And in order to do that you must give access to your photos and if you don't you can't use the function. No matter, the WiFi won't connect anyway so when you want to spin something that is already wet, you have to rinse it first.

Its an ok app but definitely could be better! I would prefer to be able to pick more individual elements to make up my own program totally from scratch instead of having to use one of the pre-made up program and then try and edit it, mainly because you can't edit them exactly how you want to, there are just to many restrictions. Also it takes ages to connect to the machine most of the time.

Didn't work. Sat at my new condenser dryer for 40 minutes trying to connect my phone through nfc with no luck. Waste of time putting a feature like this on it without making it more simple to connect. First you have to sign up and give them all your personal information to use the app. Then make sure you are connected to WiFi because mobile data is not good enough, then put a serial number in, then try and connect nfc to your appliance. So if you are lucky enough to connect well done you.

Everything works fine but I don't see any point in having location turned on. Also, please, add a program sequence feature which allows to make a list of programs each of one starts after previous one (daily 39' and then low heat dry, for example). Because it's inconvenient to start every program manually, especially in the night. Thanks.

The simpli-Fi feature is a complete waste of time. If you have to take the phone from the case to use NFC and press it against the case of the machine then just use the dial on the front! It does have more than enough options for most users when selecting washing cycles. If this supported BlueTooth or WiFi then it might actually be useful. In addition the UI/UX is really poor, bad cursive font selections, overly complex machine registration with the app. Frankly I'm not sure what this app is good for other than an object lesson in how NOT to design a modern Android app with usability in mind.

This app is awful, as is the washing machine interface. Those touch buttons are terrible and the start button stopped working, so my only option to start a washing cycle was thru the Simpli-Fi app. But this stopped working as well after changing my network provider. Now I cannot connect to the dishwasher because it gives me an error saying that I must be connected to a 2.4Ghz network - which I am! No matter what wi-fi I use, it always gives the same error and aborts the connection.

After the newest update, the app does not work as it should. When I select the program to transfer via NFC, it does not even trigger the NFC, or even if it does, it starts the last transferred program I chose - not the one I selected recently in the app. Also - sync for the machine statistics does not work. The previous version worked perfectly.

Unreliable, clunky, essentially useless app. I downloaded this to work with my Candy oven which has no built-in time or clock. I thought I would be able to control the oven via the app. Setting up the WiFi connection itself was fine but every time I try to set a delayed start for a certain duration on the oven and my phone either sleeps or switches apps, the app appears to tombstone and completely reset itself so you have to start again. What is the point in that? It's a gimmick.
