Wost app try sign in and will not let me try reset will not send me any reset email try and try no good try turn off my oversea roaming without any luck what hell is telstra doing replacing some that was working to app that don't

Trying to purchase an eSIM with the app. Tried multiple times. Went through the steps. Gets to the final bit after selecting a prepaid plan and gets kicked back to the start. Multiple times! Seriously infuriating.

We have been unable to access our bigpond company email for almost 2 weeks, we have lost the I map password to login but coomunicating with their so called experts on chat message nothing has happened. All the advice offered by many different agents just goes around in circles. we were supposed to have a case manager appointed but have heard nothing from anyone so far. This is nowhere good enough for a company like telstra.

hardly ever signs me in, and when it does, i cant even pay bills. 9 times out of 10 i receive an error. for a megacorp like this, youd think they can create an app that works

Ported to Telstra yesterday. Purchased new phone, dongle etc and have no service. Cannot connect to internet but still paying. Think twice before leaving one provider for another. Too hard finding help with this provider. Telstra broke my contract. Nearly 5 weeks later I still have not received any support and still do not have an internet connection. I am paying for what I am not getting. You have gravely affected my life and wellbeing It's time for me to take legal action against Telstra.

Takes several go's to log in, you have to turn off wifi which is just stupid, typical Australian app, works as good as the nbn and 5g here, aka equal to kazakhstan and mongolia.

Been trying for weeks to add my id to the app. It half recognises me, but i constantly need to update my info. I commit to this but telstra cannot verify me and need to by sending me a text, but my # is not in their system, so they need to verify me, but can only by sending me a sms, but they dont have my #.... Customer service cannot help (because they cannot verify me) and palm me off to a store. Update 7 months later, app is still hot garbage. How much did they make last year???
