The app is a nuisance. I'm getting error "Unable to place order at vendor portal, could not aquire lock". I have the latest version and i also tried doing it from web portal but same error keeps coming. Upon sending the screenshot of the said error again getting a response from help team to update version and to place order through web portal. These people dont even read emails properly. They are as good as bots. Just a standard troubleshooting response. Update- It got resolved now.

Worst healthcare app for Corporates. I booked appointments for vaccination for family. Couldn't go due to bad weather. They showed appointments completed and now I am not able to cancel or reschedule. My entire money blocked. App doesn't allow refund. They told its a technical glitch and logged a ticket 626311 to resolve. But its more than a month now and no resolution. Everytime I call on contact center, they tell to wait for 48 hours and that's it. Worst app, stealing from customers

Family doctor is almost unavailable all the time. If you consult with any doctor online, it is very difficult to get a followup with the same doctor again. Previous chat histories are not saved so you have to put in all your time and effort in explaning the issue over again and since the doctor has changed the medication can also change. In real life we never go for followup to a completely different doctor. The app has lot of bugs attaching reports/images give issues almost everytime.

Worst service. Balance deducted, appointment confirmed, but without any prior notice it was cancelled. The appointment details were deleted from my booking history and I could not even track back any details. Fortunately I had payment details through my bank which helped in initiating conversations with the ekin care customercare. Also it took 17 days and multiple connects with customer care to get my refund. Everytime "the issue is escalated. Please wait" would be their default answer.

Appointment booked on 13th Nov 2020, and after 3 days cancelled. It was booked as per available slot. Then rescheduled to 18th Nov 2020, they confirmed my appointment but rejected dependent on the grounds of unavailability. After using chat now option, they are saying your area is not serviceable. My question why you took so long since 13 november to check whether my area is serviceable or not. Wont recommend this to anyone. Pathetic!

Very very bad app. Very difficult to navigate. Menu's are not in sync. Location shown by default is far away, cant you enable google location service and pick by default? Did you ever test the app before sharing to public? I do not recommend using this app. For a small booking, it takes min 30 mins, is that the operation efficiency?

The service and app are very good. I wished to give 5 stars only but there is one thing developers (of this app) need to improve. And that is the integration with the map. For me, in app, diagnostic centre was showing at wrong location. Apart from this everything was perfect.

Very difficult to search the section to order goods and its current status.. Edit: Customer support Team did a perfect follow up and improvised the app experience. Changed my ratings here. Edit on 04/04: payment window is throwing error 400 and customer care agent can order only without coupons or my existing wallet amount. Unsatisfied. Changed the ratings to 2 now. Support is good. Issue has been resolved in short period of time
