Lousy mobile app after recent upgrade to version 8. User had to go through hassle to re-create new sign up again. And there are system error/bug on all the display categories. If this new version still having some sort of bugs and had not been successfully tested, then don't force user to update it. This new version is definitely not user-friendly, super lag and keep freezing. Very disappointed with DIGI App Developer. Please FIX the problems ASAP

App is so slow even on 4G. You can make coffee and take a shower while it loads. EDIT: Network fails and its still on 4G or 4G+. Its the same on another phone uding Digi at the same time. So its definitely not my phone or even area because I've experienced it at random reception-rich locations where network goes off suddenly and both phones show same result but no data at all. Once its back on, messages comes in like crazy. Reported this several times and was quickly shut down by your CSO.

Do not get this SIM card especially when you are in JB. Does not work at all and is a total waste of money. Just go for Hotlink, I can guarantee you it will save you time, money and frustration.

Coming from a software engineer background, I wonder why the apps is so bulky. It is more than 100mb in size for a relatively normal function, which does not even compare to googlemaps with more advance algorithym. Don't get me wrong, the apps is good and very helpful for users, but why does it take so much space and also it is like kinna of jerky, like a bit slow, just for showing pictures and text? I suggest Digi should reconsider of rewriting the framework work and make it more light weight.

I don't see the point of updating an app that performs worse than before it was updated. If that is how efficient you are, perhaps I should consider switching service provider. Why do I have the suspension that you really want me to switch service provider. Your app is simply hopeless and means only more problems. It is ridiculous to be told that my number and my email does not match. Seriously considering switching back to maxis

Now that they are the monopoly of the cheap mobile plans, it is fair enough to ignore customer complaints and reviews. Thus I will still write a review no matter how much it is always ignored. Data speed shows 4G all the time but it is way way slower than a 3G. Watching your YT videos are just as bad as watching it at an underground tunnel. Until now there are still no news of an upcoming widget whereas all your competitors has their own widgets for an android homescreen. Bad coverage and very slow speeds. The typical marketing trick just to attract huge user numbers.

Hai, I've been a big fan of Digi since like 10 years back. previous Digi apps was superb, convenient & user friendly. I couldn't think of a reason why you guys have changed the UI and developed a worse current apps which doesn't show info as convenient as last time, and the relogin is such a big hassle! so what the security measures had been increased? we as consumer don't need it! we need the previous apps, which was very perfect! now very unsatisfied and pissed off!

The new interface is nice to look at. Quite easy to navigate too. Opening the app will shows your creds and data balance, which is great. And the very good news is, it's far faster than previous version. Quite an improvement. I might be using this app more. Now, if only the data quota balance can be viewed from the notification bar at any given moment.
