Such a waste of time. Don't buy anything from them online. No option of returns at all, just replacement in case of damages. The finishes they show in pictures are completely different than what you see in real.

Don't buy products from Urban Ladder by seeing the images. Images showing is different and different product they're delivering and saying both are same. Customer service is very wrost without seeing the product they say product is good and same as shown in the App.

Terrible delivery service (xpressbees). Cancelled one order by themselves saying "customer refused to accept the order"; took 2-3 days extra to deliver the second order by adding "customer wants later delivery".. some lazy couriers. Finally the third item was recieved damaged. What a waste of time and money.

Horrible Service and a mis-leading App - The delivery date mentioned in the App is useless as the product is delayed by more than 20 days as per the sales executive. No intimation for the delay and no confirmation on delivery. Have ordered my product 20 days back and no guarantee by when will I receive it. Extremely unprofessional and poor in the business they represent. Very Sad..

They sell you third grade products at a premium. Do not fall prey the pretty aesthetically shot pictures. The customer care is no use either and they'll waste your time with useless jargon where they conveniently manipulate the terms of the warranty. So if you value your money DO NOT I repeat DO NOT shop here.

pathetic service . Please do not ever buy products from here. There is nothing like an after sales service, they dont even look at customer satisfaction. I have purchased goods worth 500000 approx. One of the item which was a standing mirror broke off coz the finishing was not good and now they arent even ready to replace that , they simply wont reply to emails wont take calls to avoid the replacement. The warranty on the product as per the app is 36 months still they cannot replace the product

Very poor quality of products. They get damaged very easily and their warranty is generally worthless. They also do not have any post sales support to resolve any damage issues. So within a few months you have to get rid of the junk you purchased here and look for better quality elsewhere.

Quality of service dropped, takes very very long to get the products delivered and again many days to get it installed, not reliable at all. Earlier it used to be quick and clean, looks like it's the same story .. pet bargaya lagta he - item got delayed deliver after promised time atleast it got delivered on that day after multiple followup and waiting for it leaving all our work, again it's crossed 48hr after delivery no installation no one contacted other than an automated SMS
