This app does not let you log in. When inputting your username it will delete letters and symbols, and just won't register that you have typed anything. It also cuts off the end of your username if you manage to type it in. I don't know how anyone uses this app.

This app sucks! It's never been great, but today I spent a ton of time on the Cacique side and when I went to the Lane Bryant side, I lost my entire bag that I had just picked out!!! Guess I'll spend my money somewhere else, that doesn't lose my cart when I switch categories.

This app is the absolute worst! Would give 0 stars if I could. Can't access my wishlist. Can't access any of the tabs at the bottom. App is slow & glitchy. Website isn't much better. For the price of the clothes, I would expect a much better online experience. Do better LB!

Edit 3/14/23. opened app this morning and it tried to sign me in under SOMEONE ELSE'S USERNAME. I will be deleting this app and shopping exclusively online from now on. Previous post: I have to change my password EVERY TIME I LOG IN. it never "remembers me". Why do you have an app if your customers have to do everything through your website??
