Recently rapido drivers have been demanding extra money after the ride and rapido doesn't seem to care to address this topic. All they do is give us some coupon for the next ride which is useless as the new driver will do a rapido rant and ask us to pay more eventually. It's far to better to commute on public transport.

Rapido’s business model is fundamentally flawed. The absence of an option for precise location selection creates unnecessary friction between passengers and drivers. Passengers are left frustrated, and drivers find themselves in a bind. It’s high time Rapido addresses this critical issue. Either allow a slight buffer beyond the exact location or introduce the ability to choose specific indoor locations. Failure to rectify this flaw will undoubtedly cost Rapido its loyal customer base.

After introducing flexi fare no auto driver are willing to accept for price displayed, Until unless we add 50+ INR as "TIPS" with addition to standard price. This is totally pathetic. Rapido itself advertising In their app to add higher the tips price higher the chance of getting rides. Absolute rip off from this app! Rather travel on government public transport then to depend on these looting apps. The captain accept the rides only if u tip maximum on the ride. No tips he won't accept ride

Hello dear Rapido, I will review my comments if my issue was clarified from your ends. I have been daily users for the past 1 month. It's been a good journey so far. However , today , I got a message from the app that I have a due for cancellation of rides, but, all I knew is I didn't cancel a ride I just retry booking and continue with the other rapido captain. Please provide me the details of my cancellation charge with valid reasons. Thank you.

I m having a very bad experience with this app. The app always take nearly half an hour to accept the ride and drivers always came late aur they reach to the wrong pick up location and some drivers are not even able to reach the location. Very very poor experience

Very rude and abusive drivers they have. The drivers keep misbehaving with female customers. They don't show up ask for the drop off location on calls and then they cancel the booking. There is no back check done for the driver's it seems. Most of the 4+ star rating drivers are misbehaving with female customers over calls.

There's no customer support for our problems. I raised a ticket and it was told that an agent will contact me but no one contacted. The driver took extra amount than showed but no help/support was provided. Very poor app !!

They are now charging more for rides, meaning booking fees and convenience charges are separate. Last week, they only charged me for the ride, but now I have to pay separate booking charges. I am quite unsatisfied by the app, the charges it offers, the less informative faqs it has. I wanted to know if I am required to pay the toll tax to driver, but did not know where to check. I find Uber is better than Rapido. Rapido was great when it was at its early stages. P.S. I only use this app when I am unable to find ride on uber.
