I never use any product without testing it. Though I was buying eggs from my local vendor as I didn't have any options, when I saw it on the country delight app, I ordered some eggs from the app & some from my nearby shop. I took 2 bowls then I broke one egg which I got it from app it was a round stand high, thick gel. Now I take another one and break it & see egg white is thinner & runny. So it is proved that the first egg is fresh & other egg is rotten. It shows app sells only good quality.

I am a regular customer of country delight app & I have vip membership of the app. The charge of the things are little high as compared to market but the items that we get are really very fresh, pure & good quality products. I can afford to pay a little high for good organic things I always prefer to go for best service rather than saving little money. So many times I have tried some other apps & local vendors but with them the concern that comes is of the support. App eam take care of its user.

The only reason I had been continuing with this app for the last 3years is that in the first place is the good quality of all the products, fruit & vegetable, what ever I order from here in the past few month. I have start using the in app wallet payment option which make more easy to use this app as I do not need to give change every day when I get early morning delivery. I have taken daily subscription of curd & milk which is too good. Price are little high from shop but has very good quality.

there are several technical problems with the app. for example, subscription cancel option asked not work, only pause subscription works. I have been trying to place an order, but the page does not show any response. confirm order button doesn't respond. there are several other issues. after the feedback, I get a call back from them and they resolved the issue with placing the order. the response was quite quick which was a relief. however the issue with cancelling the subscription nedds a fix.

Service and app is good but they have highly complicated VIP discount and overall final price so that you can't workout what would be the final price you would be paying for any item. Not a good sign for long term. I also have observed that they observe Customer order pattern and VIP membership and changes plans availability to every individual. Suggestion to order on Country Delight only in case you do not have any other alternate.

I really think you should make the app more user friendly for older people. Lot of distractions in terms of advertisements, poor placement of the cancel button and a small ribbon for the calendar is not helpful. The buttons next to each product indicating subscribe and single order need to be reworked. Also, too much gamification for essential products is just annoying.

Horrible app.. my wallent balance is always in negative and everytime I am paying i am paying an extra of 70 to 100rs whenever I order. I got a 2 month VIP membership and its a complete waste. Developers/support people please return extra money you are taking from me. Send me support email will send u acreenshot of transactions.

When I install this app last Monday I was afraid as I never order anything before from any app. I was not sure that I should give my address & detail to the app people. It is secure or not? But when I did for 1st time, I was really delighted as the delivery boy was polite and nice to me. All the items that were deliver to me are always fresh and good quality products. I also got some good offers on product in app that I never got from local vendor. Over all really an amazing & best shopping app.

Today I have downloaded your application for trying your milk and ghee,and other vegetables.But unfortunately I am not able to find any products other than milk in your app. The screen shot of the home page I am sharing here with. Please go through it and rectify your app. I have already uninstall and reinstalled your app 2/3 time. But same problem coming.
