this app doesn't work on my phone when connecting to wifi on the plane. - the company has known about it for a year with no update - how is this even possible??? the app does not connect with the company website to automatically place your boarding pass on the app. you have to download to the app. this app must have been made in 2010

This app is full of issues. The biggest and hardest to ignore is the lack of in-flight value for Android users. When you cannot use it yet are not told this will not work leaves you feeling under prepared. The other features of the app often feel slow and clunky. If I could rate this lower I would, because at this point there really is 0 value to this application.

We have not been able to use the inflight app to watch movies, etc. I have an android phone, Apple phone users don't have this problem. Bummer!

This app actually gave me a worse flight experience then if I didn't have it. Glitched out during check in, double charged my credit card when it said the payment was unsuccessful and now I have boarding pass with the wrong information. Hot garbage.

Just updated the app a day ago. Now there's already an update. OK. Guess something was wrong with the previous update. Oh...Great. Now I have boarding pass notifications for some mystery flight. Wonder where I'm going? Hope it's Hawaii...

In-flight entertainment doesn't work for Pixel (and many other devices, per a quick Google search). Disappointing that this has been an issue for months and no resolution from WestJet. Figure it out, WestJet.

Can't check in, it claims it can't contact Westjet Service, and the option to send app feedback inside the app doesn't work either, so you get a nice public 1 star negative review.. Your website doesn't work either as it can't issue my boarding pass because of something, but it at least confirmed my check-in. Get your act together Westjet...

Inflight entertainment doesn't work. Please update this app. I watched the 3 ads of WestJet being on WestJet flight only, still same ad over and over. Please fix this app.
