The app doesn't install (permissions granted). The web version is not working, I always receive a "Server communication error". User experience: It is basically unusable.

I uninstalled myenel when it stopped working and since then I cannot install myPPC. It just simply returns an error saying "could not install this app". I have a Galaxy S20 FE running Android 13. The process of switching from one app to another is dumb as this should not require a manual uninstall and reinstall - instead it should just do a seamless update. Now I am left without an app for electricity bills. Great :-|
