I used to be able to purchase gift cards and physical merchandise like earbuds with sweatcoins alone (+s&h). Now it's just free offers I can find outside the app and auctions that after years of walking I don't have enough to outbid others. It has become more profit-driven with the Sweatcoin Premium membership. No real incentive to keep using the app anymore. I'd just rather get the exercise and not use CPU and RAM from my phone. Trying to join the crypto launch, email with code never arrives.

Some steps aren't counted and for 2 days I wasn't given any coins after doing the 2× Boost walk. There were days when I walked thousands of steps but I only earned half or quarter of what I deserved. UPDATE: The problem still persists. Please, do something about it.

One of the worst apps for walking. Their engine is broken for months and they are not recording the steps compared to sweat app who does. I complained too many times to support but they are claiming is the manufacturer of my phone. But it's just them not taking accountability for their poor quality app. I can't wait till my premium subscription expires and I will not renew.

I miss the grand prizes like a trip to disney and such Even smaller, still tangible items at a set price would be nice If gift cards were always available at a set price- it'd be a good motivator. As opposed to the auctions which are always changing and something you have to dedicate a lot of time to making sure your spot is secure. All assuming the auction is ever something you want.

Stopped using after I bought an item at a discount and never received item. Emailed them and no reply years ago. I keep receiving emails so I tried reloading the app but app insist I log in with Google or my phone #. I don't even own that phone# and didn't login using Google. Like why keep sending me emails and can't even login using that email address other than Google. So if I can't login using my Yahoo email, I'm not going to restart with another account.

Had like 8000 steps today,next the steps reduced to 6000, walked again to make it 8k and they still reduced it, why, and I enabled walk for crypto, buh I haven't seen anything in my sweat economy wallet, the 2x step multiplier doesn't work, like how many things could be wrong with one app, does it work at all, please if not, tell me so I'll stop wasting ma God given Time

it's a great app, the fact that it pays for your health is sick. I use a Galaxy phone and the Samsung's health steps monitoring is pretty accurate but this apps steps calculation is a bit off pls fix that. and also the app has bugs which is really annoying. on my ios device it lags a lot. Apart from that great app

Reward offers are too repetitive nothing new almost worthless at the same time. Jewelry for women and items for women? really nothing new as always except for featuring another earning app which is based on US and UK. Sweat wallet is almost the same, growth fund lock is best way to earn and the rewards are mostly available for America or UK. Maybe if there will be a decent reward added maybe and just maybe this will be good as it says to be. Thanks for the reply I'll be taking 1 more star.

Except for bidding which requires a lot sweatcoin (like thousands of sweatcoins), there are no items which you can buy using sweatcoin alone. You can only use it for discounting expensive items which are still expensive after the discount. If you could sell items, even cheap items like accessories, using sweatcoins alone, then this app would be perfect. This app is almost basically useless right now.
