The worst ticket platform available. Lost $540. Terrible customer service. Words cannot explain how bad this service is. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Just use Ticketmaster.

Won't take barcode on App at fiserve forum. Wouldn't let me in. No way to contact support. Edit: I received a refund two weeks later. Make sure u get a ticket master safetix live barcode or you will not be admitted to fiserve forum

They sold me 5 tickets to a concert for over $700 and did not list anywhere on their site that it was for persons 21+ only! Then, they denied any type of compensation at all.

This app sucks I can access my tickets on the site It's Not user friendly. For the fees they charge its a ripoff I have to go to the box office to get my tickets hopefully

Seat Geak has the worst customer service. You can't reach a human being when there is a problem with your order. I had an absolutely pathetic experience and will never use their service again.
