if i could put zero stars i would. This app charged my card when all i was curious about was how much it cost compared to the one i have with life 360. So I reached out to support where i was told they can only refund if it was a technical error. which it was yet they still refused. Try life 360 their memebership plans are WAY less then what these people charge and ive had them for 3years and never had an issue ever. They care about their customers these people could care less

When I did the free trial it didn't seem like an app I wanted so when I went to cancel during the free trial it was no where to be found. I contacted support, contacted them through their website to no avail to cancel this. Then I was charged 29.99 and even though I had been trying to cancel this and they could clearly see I haven't tried using the app at all. Their response was I accepted the terms of the free trial. You're supposed to be able to cancel as well if you want!!! Worst app!!

app was fine til they charged me the yearly subscription even after I cancelled my free trial days before it ended. then after I was charged I wanted to simply deal with it but cancel before they decided to charge me another year. so I had the top account you can get. cancelled for next year and the also cancelled my primeium membership for the year they already took from me. and guess what they cant reopen your membership. and to get a refund you have to have your blood type and donate a kidney

Overall bad, first of all, all of the phones that you want to track, has to have instaled the same app, othervise os usefull, second, i didn't subscribed besode that 0.99 $ to start the app, and now.im.receiving order to pay 19.99 $ without my wish to continue with the apl.As a matter of fact i iresed the app from the phone and now the app is trying to take those money from my card on several ocassions. After not using and deleting.

This app automatically subscribed me to 1-year full subscription which cost 969 pesos after subscribing to supposedly 3-day subscription. Now I ended up being scammed by this app. Hopefully I get a refund from google play. Update: I received the Refund. Thanks to Yana of Geozilla for her quick response. I got my money back now, but I'm only giving you guys 3 stars, due to the experience I encountered. Hopefully it won't happen again to other peeps.

Does not work. Free? What's the point. Nothing works in your app. Everything requires you to pay. Why am I going to pay you guys if none of your free features even work. Inaccurate location. Does not work. Even while moving, does not work. I can see my driving location live on life 360. You can't even do that here. That's premium. Don't waste your time people. Just stick with life360. You cant get notifications either. Pointless app. Very boring if you cant try out anything.

So I have been used to Life360 but was awful to use later on. So I went here and started using it just me And my wife and alerts when either of us leave home and arrives also I get the notification on my Samsung watch, which I love. I do enjoy it and we don't drive so its public transport for us. I have just brought a Samsung galaxy watch 4 classic added the app to watch But seems can't use it without premium. DISGUSTING Why does it keep on saying updating location for hours ffs

This is unbelievable. In this modern Age and time. The app will ask you to suscribe before showing what they have, when you do this and you don't get what you want, there is no way to unsubscribe because, they have access to your bank they keep on withdrawing your payments. This is wrong, and they should be punished. I need my refund immediately.

Its very unreliable service. Many times it says the phone is unavailable. I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking it was settings on our phone and went past the 30 day refund period, that was a mistake. When I contacted customer service, I asked for a prorated refund, which they would not do. I did everything they asked on the phones until they wanted me to keep doing it over and over. Don't waste your money on this app like I did.
