You should really stop changing the UI so frequently! Plus performance-wise, that last update made it super super slow and lags severely when sending controls to TV... Hire quality specialists to consult you what's good UX, cause it surely is quite poor currently. Bought a ThinQ refrigerator today and the app is terrible. Can't even log into it without trying 5 times. Then when it works and I log in from my computer it wants me to change my password again. Over and over it does it. Finally get it to open and when I log back in to verify all my info was saved, it's all gone! Refrigerator came with a 1 year warranty and had to use the app to get a 2nd year and it still shows 1 year. What's the point. If the fridge don't start making ice soon it will go back

This app is garbage, the features I used to use for NFC tag on for my washer dryer have just been abandoned so I can't take full advantage of all the options available on the machine. I contacted lg support and the best they could do was nothing. Absolute waste of money to buy anything lg, knowing they will abandon features within a year or two.

It works, but a lot of things are wrong. This is the only app that reminds me to change my password every 6 month. This is the only "smart" home app that cannot invite household members to join the home via their email. I used the app to configure the TV a few months ago (you can't do it without an app lol), today I logged in and the app forgot there was a TV.

Consistently goes from working to broken. LG for the love of God PLEASE STOP BREAKING CONNECTIVITY WITH MY APPLIANCES! Is it really so difficult for your programmers to keep such basic appliances connected to your app? I keep having many issues with this app connecting to my hood! In the past depending on what version of your app was out, I had issues with connecting my fridge. The only appliance that stays connected is my range/oven. I'm so tired of it.

Embarrassingly slow, very laggy, and takes ages to connect. These issues have all gotten notably worse with each new update introduced. Maybe instead of redesigning how the app looks for the 15th time try making it function. Edit - they just updated the apps UI again, not only does the app somehow work less they've crammed ever inch of it with ads. Truly scummy design.

I have this app for my new air fryer/microwave. It seemed like this would be awesome to have. However it's completely useless. You are able to scan barcodes and the machine is supposed to set the microwave to whatever the cooking instructions are (sounds awesome right?). However i have scanned about 50 different barcodes and not one is supported by the app. Pizza rolls, hot pockets, chicken nuggets, tv dinners nothing. What is the point of having a feature that is useless

The app is useless as you can't start the machine remotely, if washing is done, you can't just start drying without coming up to the machine, which defeats the whole purpose to have the app in the first place. Also there's not enough useful settings, like disabling sound or diming the screen which is too bright at night.
