No fee but cut 7 grand from your balance. I agree with former reviewer this app ia convoluted, painful and borderline bloated for just a simple transfer, but it took an instant just for top up. ( slow clap). World class security with paltry code and peasantry connection, failed at game platform. For those looking for better payment app, search "GoPay" instead. This start up really fcuk up, you cant do any transaction, you cant withdraw either. Reportiing for absolute fraudulent .

This app improved really well, the UI is still not good but UX is better than before. But now I'm kinda annoyed by DANA Viz feature, It forcing me to activate it everytime I want to do a certain transaction. I prefer to do everything with PIN. * edit / answer: I know DANA Viz is for account safety, but aren't PIN and Security Questions for account safety too? I'm not asking to remove DANA Viz, just don't force user to use/activate it.

the verification process is slow, since it say verification process will be done in 1 working day, but it took me now 2 working day since i verify my identity, yet the process still have not done. i will update how long it took to verification process to have done. disappointing
