As others have stated the OU is not recognised meaning the card cannot be verified. The app does not pupulate with any offers I guess because I am not verified making the app useless and a waste of storage. Again like others the email bounces to NUS. Come on nus/totum whatever your calling yourselves today get your act together you was happy to take my three year card payment quick enough.

Coming from NUS , signed in (changed password) and now need to buy a new card?! My NUS Extra is valid for another year. This really is one of the most terrible apps I've ever installed and judging by the comments below TOTUM really need to do something about it. Back to Unidays and StudentBeans which work perfectly.

I have downloaded this as NUS advised and each time I log on, correct email address, all correct case - I am prompted to create a new password. I then get the error message "oops sorry that seems to be taking too long please log in to continue" to which this entire process starts again once I click ok....

Tried to complete my registration but, it keeps asking for 14.99. Unless I'm doing something wrong it seems a bit of a massive rip off. Why pay for something that I am getting free from Unidays and Student Beans for free. Some of the offers aren't even as good. My advice: don't bother. I'd rather spend the money on suggested reading. Deleted.

This is perhaps one of the worst made aps I have ever had the misfortune of using. The help button simply takes you to a blank screen, there is no real way to manage the account, the proof of age id of course failed because it couldn't scan my passport right and when it did I only had one attempt left, so when I uploaded a photo, who would have guessed it, it didn't recognise me so I now won't be getting the id. It is stupid, arduous and everyone who doesn't need these discounts should stay away

To use the app you have to activate your card but my app just crashes every time I click the activate link. I contacted support mid Dec and they said they would work on it. They haven't come back to me since even after a follow up message from me in Janurary.

Ridiculous adverts in app. I don't need a full screen s23 ad with no X to close it every time I click on something and a new page in app opens. Or when I go back to the previous page. You trying to make money off ads or infuriate people? Too greedy...

finally got my card. downloaded the app and it doesnt work, kept emailing and messaging on messenger and all they say is just use the website and the app will be back up and running soon. who wants to load up the website everytime they wanna see what offers are on? DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP ITS A WASTE OF TIME. useless customer support. just so everyone reading the reply from TOTUM, I have emailed them ans they opened and closed the "ticket" saying it has been resolved, it hasnt still ignoring me
