I shipped my 2 items perfectly packaged and it got lost. At first they promised me a refund if it wasn't delivered by November 15. When it finally was November 15 they told me they couldn't refund me. Haven't received my items back or my money. Just a waste of time, they won't help you if their service or tracking goes wrong!! It's a big risk to use this app. First experience is horrible for me

Got scammed for a lot of money. Got empty boxes. Support is asking me to return the items and will get refunded if seller agrees later. Makes no sense. Support only sends templates and don't even acknowledge our problems. I'm sure I will be returning the item and still not be refunded. Never ever did I had such a bad customer support. It's the most frustrating thing to not be heard and asked to do things that make no sense. It's a scammers paradise in this app.

I used to absolutely love Vinted, a lot of bargains, still are a lot. Problem is everytime I place an order the seller always gets blocked from Vinted. I feel it's a bug as it's only happened recently and ver has in the past for me. Please fix, if it's not a bug than please make it automatically cancel or something!

Absolutely dismal. The window for refunds is tiny and deliberately difficult to navigate. Being asked to print off a copy of a photograph of a returns form, scan it and send it back within two days is just embarrassing to be honest. You are completely reliant on the honesty of the seller all Vinted do is collect a non optional 'buyer protection' fee.

Just installed the app as I have few things to sell & also wanna buy. Apparently the app is in US currency & when I tried to add my details got a message "Sorry, you can't change your location. For now, it's not possible to change to a different country." I wasn't even given a chance to add my billing details or any data beside the email address to open the account. The app just decided my currency and account should be USA related. This is ridiculous & there is no support team. Good start..

Easy to use, however number of emails I receive is absolutely ridiculous, there is no need to receive app notifications and emails about the same stuff twice that someone likes something I've listed for sale. Thats an annoying nonsense as what I suppose to do with that info? Oh and InPost delivery is often set as prime delivery, the problem is that InPost home deliverires requires from sellers to print label at home, who nowadays have printer? Hence I stopped listing things for sale.

It isn't a bad app but beware of fake items, it is good if you're looking for some cheap clothes however anything else that is branded beware as now on vinted I see there are more fakes than real items. I feel if they had a system similar to stockX where they check the authenticity themselves before dispatching on certain items if would stop people getting scammed.

Fantastic app. Really easy to use, be it uploading items to sell or buying. Even posting parcels is very simple. All the hard and faffy work is done for you. Reaches a wider band of audience, so quicker sales on alot of things that have been sat on Facebook pages or going back and forth to carboots. I wish I'd started using it earlier.

Concept is pretty nice, you can find good cheap clothes and things. But customer service is awful, they just repeating same thing, not trying to help or answer to your questions. I was blocked because I tried to sell items which are not mentioned in their Catalogue rules but somehow it is prohibited
