Zepto scams people by uploading fake product pictures. In reality product nowhere looks near to the display picture. They also claims sending free item with the order which is missing. On reaching customer support Literally their chatbot evaluates our concerns. Customer is never even allowed to reach the real customer support. LETS STOP USING THIS FRAUD AND MONEY MONGER APPLICATIONS AND BUY FROM NEARBY SHOPS. Atleast we will be able to go and complaint if we receive defective or missing items.

Worst app ever. They show very less time and when it's over they stop sharing the location with the rider. Headache for both of us. He doesn't know the location and calls 100 times. It takes at least 30 minutes before you get the order. Never using it again no matter how much offer they give. Not worth the headache.

Forcing users to buy zepto pass and using extremely bad tactics. Adding zepto pass membership to cart automatically everytime user open cart. And everytime you have remove it and that thing doesn't show in cart items its has its separate card in cartso you can easily miss it. You forcefully charged and activated membership i will forcefully uninstall it.

My Zepto experience was a disaster. The pay-on-delivery countdown was inconsistent, causing confusion. Reordering didn't solve the issue. My order got canceled, citing address issues. The replacement was a jumble of items from another company, with missing products. Customer support was absent; no contact number or functioning chat support. Zepto lacks reliability and customer care. Avoid it for a smoother shopping experience elsewhere. I want my refund.

While this seems all good when they deliver within 10 mins, but what I observed is that they would display expected delivery time well within 10 mins, but will actually deliver it in 30 mins or so most of the times. That is due to the multiple orders the delivery guy carries. While this is ok to, but I did not like the False commitments in this case. The most important reason one would order from here is the delivery time, but it seems they are doing False commitments

Zepto has deteriorated so much. They never deliver as per the time shown anymore. There is mostly a high demand and order takes 30-40 mins to deliver when they show 15 mins. And in normal conditions, they show '4 mins' and it takes at least more than 15 mins to deliver. Like why show less time when it's not realistically possible?

This app seems to be good, but getting annoyed by your delivery agents. My recent experience was horrible. The boy called for directions. He was repeatedly asking if my house was on the 2nd floor. My house is on the ground floor. He came suddenly within a few seconds. I had to scan for payment suddenly he took his phone and came close to me. I was shocked and stepped back. I got really scared. I'm not going to order anymore. Not recommending this app anymore.

I ordered 10 items for the first time on this app and paid the full amount. However, they only delivered 8 items. When I contacted customer care, they claimed that all items were delivered. I asked them to check again, providing all necessary details, but received no response. They neither called nor messaged me, and abruptly ended the chat. This was my first experience

Poor performers. They not only provide incorrect information about products, their customer service is equally poor. Do not investigate cases properly and are only concerned about closing cases within 2-3 mins of receiving them. Their products online do not mention correct details Abt the product and when the customer wants to return the Incorrect item delivered, they just wipe their hands, say No and close the complaint. BLINKIT has by far been way better at service levels then zepto.
