There is some Bug in this application. I want to request to admin pleas fix this bug. The bug is , I booked ticket using this app. when I show ticket on ticket counter thay tell us it is not valid, you booked mail/express train ticket and The train is superfast. If train is superfast than why app show options mail/ex in drop-down list, it is misleading user who book ticket Pls fix the application if train is superfast than disable other options. vice Versa.

My family uses this app for local trains in Mumbai. Wow no longer queues, recharge is convenient, can book tickets, season pass from home. The convenience is great. But have a request to allow an extension or book a new ticket while we have the current ticket or pass for upcoming stations. Edited on 28 May 2024...Unable to book paperless ticket from Churchgate to Palghar and also no return. So will reduce ratings from 5 to 3 stars.

Useless application, I can't even book tickets when I'm travelling to the station while I'm traffic, this app detects moving GPS pointers as mock location. I have neither enabled developer settings nor installed any mock location applications on my device and it's still showing the prompt. This happens only when I'm moving, when my location is stalled this doesn't happen. Also please relax the GPS accuracy, I can't even book tickets when I'm 100 meters away from the station

Very good app. Ticket booking nearby railway station should be allowed. We should not think that the ticket booking made after looking at the ticket examiner. During emergency time, ticket booking made at the station. Please change your ticket booking policy and accordingly this app may be modified.

Hi! Unable to use this app as it demands to keep on the automatic time zone provided by network. However, I keep my clock time 5 mins ahead always thus my auto time option is turned off. Please fix this issue for passenger convenience. Thank you very much!

A very good assistant for booking tickets without standing in a long queue during urgencies. Some features need to be updated for better user experience. Overall good app. Not demanding additional costs such as platform charges, booking charges and Internet charges.

Really, Really bad UX. All that is expected from the app is to "Search and pick two stations, then book a ticket".... that's it. That's all. Why do you need login? why do you need OTP to login? that too every single time?. Why do you need location access? why do you need to identify the location? can't we search by station name without having to look up via GPS? Why can't we screenshot the ticket? so we can simply show the ticket instead of opening the app and let it drain the battery...

This application is not working properly, also while booking in certain distance also show a pop like go to settings and ON the developer options, even after ON the developer option again pop up option shows you have ON the developer option. Still tickets is not booked. Kindly resolved this issue as soon as possible.

This app has improved now. but I think local train ticket upgrade feature should get added.. suppose, I have local train ticket worth rs 10/-, but an express train is on the way and I can reach my destination boarding on it, but I don't have express train ticket, which is rs. 30/- In this situation the ticket upgrade feature will work, where I can upgrade the 10 rupees ticket to 30 rs ticket with paying rupees 20 on uts, instantly on the platform.
