I use the free version, it used to be so much better, they have really limited what you get with the free version now. I got the 14 day free trial, but not once did it show me how to improve the health of any of my plants like in the ad. I canceled it, most of my plants are healthy anyway. I like the id feature though.

Expensive but Works. So far, it's been 100% correct. I walked down the aisle at the garden center, scanning one plant after another and it was right every time. I have a 3 acre rural property and have had a ball finally identifying all my trees and plants. At the end of the trial I paid. Most expensive app I have ever bought.

After discovering billing information is not available on this app, I sent billing questions via email, and they were swiftly answered. It is frustrating that this app lacks details on canceling or info about future billing. I will send a better rating once they let me know my subscription is canceled because, although it was nice, I didn't use it enough to justify its cost.

A friend of mine recommended this app to me to help diagnose some issues I am having with my plants. Literally every problem I tried to diagnose came back with " the problem is either too much water or not enough water" regardless of the type of plant or its location in my yard. That is worthless. I am kicking myself for wasting $50 on this app. Never again!

Almost magic. I'm not so old that technology shocks me - but this is like a tricorder from the future. Definitely one of the best applications of AI tech. 99.9% right with identification in seconds. A big help with forest walks, curiosity, and my inherited garden.

Excellent for identification, but I would love customization options. I got the subscription but it doesn't save the bird and insect IDs like it does the plants. I'd like that as a feature and the other ID features to be easily accessible like the "my garden" feature.

I was so excited to try this app out, because I have quite a lot of plants. I was very dissapointed to see you need to pay for the "plant diagnosis" I was shocked to see it said a plant of mine needed attention. However I was pleasantly surprised that this app was able to identify it, I've been trying to figure out what the plant was for a while now. It has a lot of potential, but overall looks like a money grab

Got to admit. Had doubts, I'm a new plant owner (serious attempt), so I didn't know difference between over watering, leaf scorch, brown spot etc. But I don't need to, the app does. Removed a few leaves as instructed. Moved some away from sunlight, some towards, less water for others. Plant health is now improved. Also you can track over time, you can save each plant, it'll give you care schedule, then take a pick every week and it'll tell you more or less sun, water etc. Also set reminders.

I absolutely love this app! I e been using it since last spring of 2023. Throughout the warmer months I probably use this app every day or every other day! And that's not even using the premium subscription. Just identifying the plant is enough and letting me know if it's sick or healthy is enough for me! I just kinda Google anything else after that. Such a useful and awesome app! ☺️
