Verizon throttles everything. This may only happen to you if you are like me and use a lot of data. I use GeForce Now, Direct TV and YouTube a lot. At first service is great until you use too much data and I have the highest plan that has unlimited premium data but it is not. They tried to give me a iPhone 14 today to make me happy since they can't fix the throttling issues. I said no thank you. I guess I'll just have to file a complaint with the FCC. VPN fixes it but I shouldn't have to use one

If you want a company with good customer service, stay away from Verizon. Terrible customer service. You have to jump through hoops to get anywhere. The service speed is slowly getting slower and slower thru the years. Don't pay extra for faster shipping either, because it's a scam. It will not show up when they promise it will.

I constantly have issues using this app on the pixel. Constant issue with signing in to the point I'm forced to use the website which gets just as buggy. Unless it's a text message I'm never able to approve a rep working with me.

The app is broken most of the times. They won't even let you check the bill sometimes. Full of bugs, notifications don't clear even if you have checked them. Slow, not user friendly. Like any other telecommution company, they invest more in trying to get you to their highest tier plan than making a simple functional app which works and lets you check your bill.

Sensational. They not only have great service. They also have great perks and they work with you when it comes to bill pay other companies don't. This has been the best experience with a phone company ever. Customer service is amazing and service is phenomenal I go hiking alot and haven't lost service yet.

Unfortunately the login has stopped working. I can't even sign in after app updates and numerous restarts. Crashes and can login. 5/7/2024 Edit - Back on Verizon. Spent countless hours dealing with login issues. Crazy how unrefined this app is.

To be honest, this is probably the most frustrating app/ company I've ever dealt with. I've called almost every month for the last 8 months about just changing my bill. I would like it on the first of the month not the last day of the month. I pay all my bills on the 1st through the 3rd. This is the only Bill and they will not work with me. To put it on the 1st or the 3rd. If I had any other phone carriers out here I would use them.

Gotta love it when a poorly functioning app becomes completely unusable. It's crazy how big tech goals these days are to see just how much garbage consumers will accept and provide less than the bare minimum. I was thinking of switching to another Verizon company in the near future, but I think I'm going to go with T-Mobile instead.

It was like someone turned on the lights finally. My connectivity is awesome. I have not dropped calls or mishaps with my service, unlike with other companies. I'm a very happy Verizon customer.
