Lots of bugs, 1 example is when registering, i submitted OTP and a javascript error message popped out. Also they did not mention that electronics must be packed in a wooden box, they only told me AFTER i made an order, which this was a company thing i had to get approval for the money to pay the cost.

Worst shipping service ever. Already uses it 3 times, and all of them arrived more than a week. While other shipping service took 3-4 days to arrive. The information shows that it went back and forth to lamongan city to surabaya city, while im in bojonegoro.. Im using the same format adress at other shipping service yet jnt took longer and says wrong code area. Really?

Will never use JNT at all!!! My 2 packages are already lost out of nowhere and I've been complaining at the Customer Service many times but they always said sorry and we will proceed it. Not helping at all!!! And now I ordered something use JNT, voila, history repeat itself!! My COD package is returned to the seller, because their unpolite and un-ethics courier!!!!!!!!!!
