    So far I love this app. It has a variety of workouts for free. There are short workouts for beginners. You can choose to target a certain area or do a full-body routine. There's also tips daily, a place to put weight and hight so the app can show you what your BMI is. I'm 6 days into the 30 day butt workout and I can tell that I'm exercising. There are animations you can follow for each exercise and read how to do each one the correct way. I'd love to see some more standing abs exercises.
