QCY earbud app used with QCY T18: After firmware update enable via this app, the device sound is superb listening to streaming video - clear, bright, loud, crisp, deep, colorful sounds. The app itself is short on sound controls. No controls for environment (jet travel / road noise / wind; loud back ground restaurant sounds; face to face conversations). No controls for level of noise cancellation and background transparency. No equalization bands adjustments. Etc. App can be improved.

Hello , I have the t1c model , but I cannot connect through the app . Bluetooth connect is ok if I do it directly through the quick settings . I tried holding the buttons for 10 seconds to get into pairing mode but I had the same results . Please fix the app , until then it is just obsolete as it cannot connect to the buds.

I was expecting this app to cover all headsets/earbuds, but somehow, it missed the model I owned (QCY T2C), it has th QCY T1C, an older model then the QCY T3C, which is really disappointing. My earbuds are working fine though but after 11months of using it, the developer/programmers must have at least 1 update for our earbuds. I swear if there is a zero star rating, I would never hesitate to choose it. After registering and figuring out that it doesn't support my earbuds, I uninstalled it.

When I buy hardware I expect free and easy to use software or I could just buy iPhone and apple gadgets, this program can not detect my qcy earbuds and i had to register with email, i had to set a password and it had to start with letters, i had to give it all sorts of permissions to see the start page of the app, and when using it as plug and play, suddenly it doesn't have any sounds and only way to reset it is to place it in base and remove it again since it doesn't have a working app

The app is amazing if you're using only 1 phone. CONS 1. Whats the point of linking and account if the costumization you made cannot sync on another phone (i have 2 phones, that switches from time to time), everytime i login to the other device the other device logout (so annoying that i always need to login my credentials) 2. You need to customized in every device, coz the costumization on other phone didn't sync on other phone (whats the point of signing in if it will not sync).

Doesn't pair 1. Select T3 from the list 2. Asking: Open the lid and tap Next at the bottom (no next button at this point, to be clear) 3. But it started to search: Searching, please wait... is the status 4. Status changes to: Put earbuds back into case and take up again 5. Message box appears: Search timeout, please reboot Bluetooth faculty. Pressed: Reboot Bluetooth faculty 6. Bluetooth rebooting and here we go back to the step #2 I have a feeling like this is going to be an infinite loop, as I've done this 3 times in a row now. P.S.: Paring with the phone does work just fine through bluetooth. So it is really the application that cannot find the buds...

CRAPPY APP not connecting!! the T1 model is not listed.. the QCY earbuds it self is more than perfect, I've been using it without knowing about the app for more than three months now, easy connect, long lasting battery, good sound and I got it working for more than 10 meters in open space it's a shame that the app is so bad.
