Why does this app never work?! After signing it it just goes to a blank white page. Makes it really hard to pay your bill and you have to keep trying for days to sign in. Fix this already! It's been going on for so long

I can't sign in to the application, it starts loading the page for sign in using Samsung Internet, and I have blank page, I can only sign in as a guest. But when I change default browser to Chrome, it loads the page normally and now I can log in

App installed itself when I inserted a rogers sim card. Also changed settings and tried to add other useless apps onto my phone. Should be an app I can Uninstall on an unlocked phone. Edit to developer. Guess you miss the point that you installed an app on my Non rogers phone without my permission. It may be disabled but it still on my phone. And it is Still not wanted. I should be able to Uninstaller it not just disable it.
