I'd give less stars if I could. This is the worst banking app I've ever used. Customer Support will barely message you if have any problems with your account. Also if you ever decide to change your phone number they won't let you access your funds if that's your 2fa method. So yay me.... all my money is stuck in this useless account

If you want to push a buy button as in any other buy button that you would expect a quick transaction and then the money be taken from your account and then it's not actually put into the on juno account for 7 to 9 days this is great. Oh yeah and once it's put into your account if you try to do anything, transfer it to a wallet they suspend your account for suspicious activity so the only way to get your funds is to give them personal bank account statements driver's license and picture.

I have complete distrust in this company. I was in the application phase of creating the account, and then I changed my mind. I was assured the account was not created and my information was not stored. A couple of months later, I tried opening an account with another email; however, I was unable to use my phone number I previously used. I soon found out the first account I created and "closed" was active. So Juno opened an account without my authorization. My phone # was changed without consent

Would be a 5 star app if loading from cash app was really instant like it claims to be. It's more like 15 minutes... And also balances don't update instantly either, so once it does finally load, you have to wait another 15 minutes for the balance to update... Other than that it's a great app with great potential

Garbage company, just opened the account and deposited money, unexpectedly got an email that my account was closed a day later with no ryme or reason. Balance that I deposited was supposed to be refunded or mailed back to me within 7 days of account closure, it's been 4 weeks and no money has been mailed back to me. This company is suspicious and I wouldnt trust it if this is how they treat people's money, blatant robbery. Will be issuing a complaint to the FTC.
