After using the app for a few months one day I was in the middle of a trade and got logged out. I didn't think nothing of it so I punched in my password and it replies wrong information. After several attempted tries I was told I'm locked out for 2 hours. I waited the time limit and decided to change all information password etc. With success I once again attempt to log in and I'm told wrong information. Up until this point I have received no response from the team and I can't access my funds

I don't understand the response biTrue is giving to people who are complaining that they have spent weeks, months contacting customer support and there lost coin wasn't refunded or the customer support didn't resolve the issue that made them to contact customer support but you are reply there review telling them to contact same customer support that has done nothing to fix the problem the have. I don't understand

It used to be very good, but now transactions take literally days or up to a week, sometimes you never even receive your funds unless you contact support. In fact, the last few times I have tried to deposit funds into this exchange, I had to contact support to receive my funds, which took over a week and I wasn't able to trade in that time. Also, they will randomly change your address without a moments notice and again, you'll have to contact support to get your funds.

BiTrue Exchange is a totally scam exchange. It displays coins at a fix lower prices using it to lure customers which is not even the same price in their market order. When one move to buy you'd see their real market order which is terribly higher than the price they're using to lure customers and their market order is even the highest when someone buys coins in their exchange. Scammmmm Absolutely terrible, I can't use the referral funds, they show up on the account but you cant invest them. They lie a lot. And I put some money in to see if that's the reason is because I don't have any of my money in, but no its irrelevant. Tried to withdraw the amount I just deposited and they won't let me.
