If I could give negative 5 I would. These folks are crooks do not use there service. I had money refunded the beginning of the month this company says they don't have it even though I sent them proof of both transactions STAY AWAY CROOKS!!!!

New phone, reinstalled and uninstalled the app 3-4 times. Will not save my user name or allow me to access it using my fingerprint, very non user friendly app. And these people have control of my money, what a joke.

Be real cool if comdata could just develope one app that works, instead of putting out fresh garbage. Update, been over a year and it still mostly sucks.

The new update has made this app useless. My card had disappeared as has all of the bank info I had saved. App will not let me re-add the card and says it's "already in use".

Worst app ever. I tried to create my accound with 2 diff emails and changed my password several times... still couldnt log in. I preffered the old com data app. 100 times better.

You SERIOUSLY need to fix it so that everytime you update the app it logs you out. This is some rinky-dink amateur garbage. Edit: The response does not address my comment at all. English clearly not first language. Shocking.

This may come as a surprise, but most drivers have families at home, and sometimes, they need to send them money instantly. Not having a way to send money to someone who isn't a driver on your app makes it so much harder, so thanks for that.

Ok update, they have been working to get this working for me. The help desk finally got it all figured out. User error, so it is working, so far like the design of the app. But definitely great customer service and support.
