To me I can say this is the worst app that can be used to receive money, I got sent some money just day before yesterday and also yesterday but I am already doubting if I'll ever be able to receive my money because the documents that are been asked for for the verification I don't have it, how are you going to ask me to send you ID photo of the person who sent me the money just to collect my money

if I can give this app and the entire grey company a zero rating I will,a friend send me money from the UK since 30th and it's still pending claiming they are verifying, asking for documents they know not everyone will agree to drop, after dropping screenshot of the transaction,my chat with my friend and purpose of sending the money they still didn't release the money now they are asking for I and my friends ID and the receipt of the transaction not screenshot.I really really regret using grey

I can't pass the face biometric. Tried to roll my face as instructed. Nothing is happening. Developer should make it easy for all phones type to navigate easily and pass the face recognition. Am stucked there.
