Sincerely don't understand you guys.its been days now from my start date(regular saving)and yet to be auto debited,have laid complaints about it and been getting the generic reply that it will been worked on and nothing yet has been done...even tried using the bank transfer method and keeps popping up the message,account number can't be generated...am disappointed to say the least!

I have made a withdrawal for over 3 hours as now and I still haven't seen my money. Everytime I make a withdrawal from cashbox, its always a headache for me to receive it. I need my money right now else am going on twitter. And once I get my money am deleting your useless app and never recommending anyone ever again !!!!!!!!

Thanks to this app despite I really don't have much to save, I can't be debited so I have to use the transfer and each tym I log into cashbox and see my money it makes me happy, I would have given it a 5star but I can't be debited I can only transfer and it's kind of stressful

The app is easy to use, but sometimes it refuses to log me in, just like today, I was debited in my bank but I can't log into the cashbox app. Please fix this ASAP because it scares me a lot.

I deposited #1,500 twice yesterday and that makes #3,000. The money was deducted from my bank account but my cashbox account wasn't credited and the transaction was successful... Been trying to reach them, via email but there was no reply and there phone isn't going... Your guys are making me feel cashbox is a scam oh.

This app has been a very bad app since last week, I saved introduced someone that saved 41,000naira, now the person is unable to open his app on his phone talking of withdrawing his money, Same as me, I downloaded the app countless of time but it keeps stopping Pls do something to it, this is getting out of patience!
