The App is sufficient but lacking imagination or any features that would make you want to use it. Quite a few options and functionality from the website is missing. No visuals about your investments, no graphs about your money just about the actual fund. No projections of worth, no simulation of worth of you add an amount etc. Also insists my pixel 4xl doesnt support biometrics when it does.

App works great on my android device. Biometric logon works fine. Occasionally the app will ask for username and password I don't know of this is requirement of the app or my device, aside it's not often and then biometrics available for the next X logons. I find the app easy to use, quick and reliable. I have had no issues that I have seen in other reviews however I do keep the app up to upto date. Overall no issues and good to see II maintaining and improving their app and taking feedback.

The app doesn't allow you to view lots of things that the desktop version has. Neither shows you gains on the day for either individual stocks or your total holdings. They should look at the Hargreaves Lansdown app and desktop software. It's far more informative and easier to use

Needs to sync with the website features to replicate watchlists, message history, etc, but at least it has a Watchlist feature. Really needs to be able to rotate to landscape. Concerned to hear about the extra authentication - AJBell app has 3 different levels depending on what you try to do.

Unable to use fingerprint login at all. Formerly this would be possible on the second attempt (not ideal). Now however not even this is possible and each access request must be accompanied by the password. Laborious & time consuming. What point is biometric recognition if it doesn't work!! Secure message facility is effectively useless as after a short period of time the app "logs out". Obviously time constraints in place. Suggest you use the website.

After not using this App for a couple of years thought I would log on again to see if any significant changes had been made to make it worthwhile using. Unfortunately still disappointed, there is just not much functionality at all compared to the web. Even trying to display orders executed from yesterday produced no results with no option to select criteria. It's just a basic buy and sell app with a news feature thrown in.

Seems focused on news rather than trading. For example doesn't give you today's share price movement history or past 2 or 3 days as default. The default is 3 months view. Doesn't give trade history, hard to view what you paid for a trade and what you bought. No cash summary statement of inbound and outbound movements of cash. No dividend payment indications, how much dividend and from where. Lots of manual leg work required. A very poor audit trail.

App works fine easy to read etc, however very basic functionality missing... Would be great to see more information i.e. dividend dates / prices, P/E ratios, year end results.. market cap, similar / same sector businesses, more charts with candlesticks, RNA notifications etc... the list could go on... A long way to go to be a useful tool, Using the website is more useful than having the app.

App doesn't open now!? pretty poor since they changed this app (and branding etc)a while back. they're changing the pricing which isn't really attractive for the amount of use I have for it, and for some reason, I'm guessing because they hold the shares rather than me holding certificates, I don't get the chance to act when there are rights issues etc on companies I hold meaning it's a lose lose situation. when emailing, they don't respond. pretty lacklustre experience these days.
