There is an option to use fingerprint authentication to login in the settings but 9 out of 10 times it doesn't work. It doesn't even prompt you for the fingerprint, it just asks you for a passcode.

App keeps shutting down while trying to pay online, as asking for authentication on app, but it just shuts down when you log on the app. Was told their IT was being notified and to try in 4 hours. Tried after 6 hours and the problem still persists. Not impressed.

Updated my review error with authorizing transactions successfully fixed. just have problem now where when I click the card and enter my passcode to view the card details on the app it flips and is all blank.. . I suggest keeping the card details stored on notes on a phone or somewhere safe incase you lose or don't have card on you.

Trying to use the app for online Asda shopping. It accepts it first time but if I go in to amend the order it crashes at the authentication step. Will try to leave checkout unamended next time to see if it goes through. Frustrating as I bought it especially for these Asda purchases.

Simple and effective. This isn't a flashy app but it does the job simply, the navigation is easy and it has a clean UI. The only important feature missing is support for Google Wallet.

This app is still full of bugs. When i try to make payments and come to app for confirm the transaction the doesn't works and shutdown when open. And i received a pop up message that this app contains lots of bugs. Please sort it out.

2 weeks use then stopped working. Called provided contact number and went through uninstalling and reinstalling process ( which I had already done several times). Advisor said it's an app issue and needs to fill in a form to send to the appropriate department. I asked how long and she said there's no time frame. I pointed out that I couldn't use the card for some transactions as they need verification via the app. She said sorry about that do you still want me to send the form. Not impressed

Horrible experience. They call me without introducing themselves and asked me to give out my card details. I did not even know they were the bank behind ASDA. The credit card was accepted and suddenly they want to make some "genuine " checks. Checks should be done prior to approving the card. With all the fraud going on right now, what did they expect? I paid my balance and stopped using them. Once I checked them , I also realised they have very very bad reviews. Stay away from them!

Looking around the app and been accepted for and having the card delivered was all great until.i came to use the card it just won't work at first it was where you change your pin the app would close now I cant even accept a transaction before the app stops and closes please fix and I will give more stars as I believe that this could be a great easy to use app/account thank you
