Payments late in displaying and applying interest incorrectly. Beware! Also still waiting a response to my query about interest charges on a interest free agreement! Well out of the 3-5 working days response SLA Laura. The follow up to my query was even more useless! You clearly don't understand the issue!

Why is it when I make a payment over £80 it takes 7-10 days to hit my account but any payment under £80 it hits my account the next day. And this always happens near the statement date I think its a ploy so they can charge you interest.

Payments made are slow to show. Sometimes, having paid the balance before the due date, you still get interest charges. Quick to take your money but not to credit it to your account.

It's a good app and relatively easy to use, but has issues when making payments off balance, immediately after send pass code screen instantly shows error page, doesnt allow passcode entry.

Terrible, made a payment 4 days before the due date and its still not showing. I've received 2 messages from creation reminding me of the late payment, even though my bank has clearly shown it leaving. I've also been charged £12 default sum and they won't answer the phone. Something isn't right.
