I can sign in, I also cant log in through the website. This is a very serious problem because its only causing US, the USERS of the app so much stress. I hope this issue gets attended very quick.

I have been waiting for my pin since last year. first years are getting their pins while I'm still waiting. i downloaded the app and it requires authentication but i dont have it it says my ID has an existing account but i have no idea

Honestly speaking this app was working fine until I started experiencing problems on May 2021, it always says error whenever I try to log in. Please fix that because I never had to deal with such before.

After I've entered my I'd no then i didn't receive an OTP and I'm using same number..this is so frustrating especially in times like this when you in need of money... I've deleted the App for the 5th Times and restarted my phone but still.

Once you buy a new phone you cant be able to register your app in your new phone,it says deregister the old device,you contact intelli when it's your turn to speak to an agent they just drop your call after spending so much airtime

It deserves 5 stars but the on the sign in activity, there's forgot pin option, Incase I forget the pin, you only put that option inside the app(after signing), which makes no sense because if I'm able to sign in then I most likely remember my pin

This app is just something I can't login in it keeps saying my number is not associated with my account when I call intellimali I can't go through it keeps on hanging up I sent an email but no reply its been a week now I just don't no what to do now I'm fed up

The app isn't even working on most days I can't even login to request a voucher. The past 2 years it has been working perfectly but whatever update that was done is just horrible
